Los Angeles, California - A Los Angeles judge has sentenced Eric R. Holder Jr. to 60 years in prison for the fatal shooting of rapper Nipsey Hussle in 2019. Holder was convicted of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder in connection with the incident.
On March 31, 2019, Holder approached Hussle outside his clothing store, Marathon Clothing, and engaged him in a brief argument. Minutes later, Holder returned with a handgun and opened fire, striking Hussle multiple times. Hussle died at the scene at the age of 33.
